Korameenu ( Murrell) fish fry

Hai how r u all doing. Thanks for liking n following my blog. Today I am posting fish fry. This will be good for starters n snacks. Specially this fish because normally fish means it will have light smell after cooking also but this Verity there will not be any smell. Due to smell n thrones I will not prefer fish in my food but this one I love it. 

Preparation time       : 15 mins

Marination time        : 40 mins

Cooking time              : 10 mins

Total time                    : 65 mins

For cleaning :

  • Turmeric         : 1 tsp
  • Salt                   : 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar           : 1 tsp

    Ingredients :

    • Korameenu ( Murrell)  : 500GM’s ( boneless n skinless)
    • Ginger garlic paste        : 2 tsps
    • Turmeric                         : 1/2 tsp
    • Green chilies                   : 2
    • Chilli powder                  : 1 tbsp
    • Curd                                  : 2 tbsp
    • Garam masala                 : 1 tsp
    • Fresh coriander chopped : 2 tsp
    • Lemon juice                      : 1 tsp     
    • Salt to taste
    • Oil for frying                     : 3tbsp

    For garnishing :

    • Chat powder                       : 2 tsps
    • Fresh coriander chopped : 2 tsp



      Method :

      • In vessel take the cleaned fish pieces.
      • Make sure ur fish is having 1inch thickness.
      • Now add salt, turmeric n vinegar n mix well.
      • Now clean 4 to 5 times with fresh water.
      • Slit green chillies n cut in 1/4 pieces.
      • When u r sure fish is cleaned thoroughly then add all the ingredients except oil.
      • Close it with lid n leave it for 40 mins
      • Take a non-stick pan after heating add 2 tbsp of oil.
      • Add marinated fish pieces along marinated Chilies.
      • In medium flame fry both sides.
      • Sprinkle with chat powder n coriander.
      • Ur fish is ready to serve.



      Note:

      Fry fish before serving then it tastes good.
